I accidentally deleted an Application on my iphone 5 and with it lost important files. How do i get back these files. The last iphone backup sync was after this so I cant even access an older back up as I cannot find them. How do I get back my Lost files.

Any emails on the server will be restored to your phone. After you restore from backup, you sync to restore iTunes content or re-download such to your phone. No iTunes content is included in an iPhone backup. For apps, only app data is included in an iPhone backup, not the actual app.
